Going though a handful of '64 halves and I came across this oddity on the reverse. Streaky lines on the right of the eagle and similar lines heading down on the left right past the "F" in the word "HALF". It appears to not go through the main design.Thoughts?

I'll go out on a limb and say die scratches as I see them in between the rays above the right wing as well.

Die scratches should be raised. Therefore you must have scratches on the coin, which may just be PMD.

If scratches were present on the planchet before striking you should see scratches continuing across the devices and fields (connected), not just on the fields.
