Lightly dipped in the past, and might have garnered a straight grade, but there is evidence of residual dipping agent in the crevices on the reverse due to incomplete rinsing. So I'd say Unc details.

It has a shot to straight grade at MS-63. Either way, great deal only paying bullion for it

Doesn't look heavily dipped to me, but the reverse has definitely been mishandled. Those look more like fingerprint marks than textile marks. I'd put it 63 details/cleaned. It's not terrible looking, and would do better in an old Whitman album where the obverse is the focus and you can't see the reverse.
