I picked up 10 rolls of halves today (she had a box, but I only had Ben keeping my company), in addition to four Lincoln Log Cabin Rolls. I'll post the results...

Time to drop these in the counting machine at the Credit Union, and go get some more. My two daughters helped me out on this, with somwhat interest. Hopefully we can do this on a regular basis, and bring them into the CCF.

that's some great finds...I love getting the kids involved...I sometimes will "plant" a coin or two of interest to keep them interested.

Occasionally! Most banks only have what customers turn in. If you get in good with the person who orders change for the bank, they will order halves for you. (I think it's more about a bank that cares about customer service). I opened a account at a different bank about a week ago and asked if she would order a box of halves for me...she said no problem (as long as I didn't stick her with them like the last guy did). So I took the 30 rolls they had and got a 1964 and 6 40% and alot I needed for my set. (pretty good since I was told the tellers had been through the rolls). I was just getting them out of their bank so she would order me a box!
