I received my 2009 Presidential $1 coin proof set and found this crack. What, don't they have any quality control?

Can you still send it back for a replacement or has it been to long?

This is an error, worth more than what you probably paid for them. This holds a premium, and to the right collector will be worth more than the average proof dollar coin. I've seen these designated as an error by NGC. Maybe try selling this, then get another set.

I know several feel that this would be an error. The mint feels its acceptable on uncirculated coins but on a proof I would think they wouldn't let it go out.
