Hi
I picked up this one today. I think it may have some lathe lines on the reverse. There is some concentric circular lines. Some are visible between the leafs too.

Not easy tho take a good picture.

What are you thinking about it?

Thanks

I agree. It appears to be harshly cleaned, both obverse & reverse.

Come on guys/gals underneath that abusive cleaning don't you see the lathe lines ?

Indeed. Missed that on my first look.

Looking closer, I can see them in the first photo.

I think they are more common than people think. Just as a reputable dealer said to me '' I never look that close'' he replied.

Sorry I was busy this week. Picture make cleaning more bad compare with the coin in hand. Between the coin features you can see circular and consistent lines (close to leafs and crown).

It's my fist lathe lines Edwardian 5 cents.
