 That's actually very interesting, but a mule of what? What coin die do you think it could be paired with? Full obverse and reverse pics needed. -makecents-

There is nothing noticeable on the obverse or reverse. Just the edges of the coin. there is something under it, hard to tell really. I could try to take better pics, or email a high res to you. Thank you so much for responding.

Given the radial nature of the anomaly, it does appear to be a die wear issue, although unusual.
