Unofficial sets generally carry very little premium on the secondary market. For those curious... John Hoeven was the 31st governor of the state of North Dakota from 2000-2010. He's currently a senator(R) for the same state. It would appear the Governor Took advantage of the Fact, He is a Proud Representative For North Dakota, Slick Idea too......
