I recently got this silver Libertad from ebay. The seller had several to sell. He used pics of one of them. He has return policy. It was listed as a 2010 MS69. I got it in the mail. What? It's actually a 1993. I assume NGC made an error while processing several of them. It's even got photos of it on the NGC certification page. I'm wondering, should I send it back for refund? Does the label error lessen the value? I paid $74 for it. The mintage for both years is same, 1 million. I assume the 1993 may be worth a little more though. I rather like the earlier Libertad design so I may keep it with a note saying "label error."

I'd also keep it. As long as the coin shows up on the NGC cert verification, it's not going to be worth less than the 2010, and it might be worth a bit more. I also like the old Libertad design, and this way you'll have a nice example.
