Are these contrasting colors for each side correct?

The reverse patina is a better representation of both sides.

I went back and redid both sides and this is now an accurate shot to give a grade on:

So could one say that in general delaminations of this magnitude would not be enough to detail a coin in this grade?

The second question I have is a hypothetical one. If this same exact delamination appeared on a Buffalo nickel having MS 63 traits, would the coin maintain the 63 designation?

The lamination may not detail/lower the grade of the coin but I'm thinking the deep scratch in front of the buffalo's beard may.

i think its pretty close to AU53. because its a common coin not sure it would grade straight. I'll go with straight

Closeup makes me think that indentation is part of a laminated area.
