ijn1944 Bedrock of the Community United States 19159 Posts	Posted 10/03/2024 9:48 pm Yes, weak strike. Not uncommon with memorial cents from the mid '80s to late '90s. Immediately opposite (on the obverse side) is the lower portion of Abe's bust--lots of space to needing to be filled with metal when the coin is struck. The obverse gets the metal and the reverse gets a weak strike. Report this Post to the Staff
