Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6389 Posts	Posted 10/08/2024 2:26 pm The 1881 is one of the most common Liberty Half Eagles, typically priced at a slight premium over bullion value in circulated grades. The cleaning hurts eye appeal but does not affect the gold content. So, current value would be around $633 based on today's spot price. Report this Post to the Staff
