Ribbon and diamonds leads me to say AU-58Bn might slide up to 62. What's up between the 3rd and 4th feather?

MS63BN. Love seeing the first branch mint cent produced by our Union. Some small ticks in liberty's face. The diamonds in the ribbon and the hair lock next to it appears weakly struck. No way that wear happens to that extent exclusively localized to that small area. The reverse may have more than 5% red to bring it into RB but the obverse seems to just have traces. Coin is dripping with eye appeal. Nice!

Tough one.. But I am thinking au-55, can't tell luster from the photos.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?
