Tried a new technique with the macro lens at an angle in indirect diffused sunlight. Would like some feedback on how that turned out. I think it does capture more of the metal character than the magnifier. Also included the magnifier images for comparison, but so many times it just makes the metal look dead and gray.

It has been a great run with this Ike hoard, but I think that might be it for varieties. I do have a trio of 1971 set aside to be evaluated for very minor DDRs. All of the doubled dies were concentrated in 1971-1973, and I have gone through all the 1971 and 1972 dollars (and there were none from 1973).

A nice run nonetheless.
