Hey guys, is this a lamination error. I hope the pictures are good enough to see (the Pictures are pretty big). I couldn't get a from the right of the mintmark, but it actually looks like it is peeling, the last picture seems like the best to show the peeling around the MM

Yes that is lamination, but they rarely add to the coin's value because they are common.
