Ok so I remember a reply from another post saying error coins are few and far between being able to find... is this 1776-1976 D bicentennial quarter an error coin? If it is in fact not an error coin.....my bad. Lol
So on the reverse the drummerboy has some issues. First his face. The eyes kinda give me the heebie jeebies ngl. Lol
And second his left hand. Not our left hand his left hand LOL fingers fused together? Weird.

Just seeing Coin Wrapping Machine Damage, on the obverse, and circulation wear and flattening.

I'm a big fan of this design, but all I see is circulation damage/wear and possibly some Die Deterioration that has softened some of the finer details.

Ok good to know. Is there anything that makes one special or just all the same?

A full rim on the drum.

That's the first place to look. Mushy drum details are very common and indicate a less-than-ideal strike. If the center of the drum's rim is crisp, then all the other details should be well-struck.
