Hello, expert. This coin does not appear to be smooth. There are tiny dots of metal all over it. Is it an error, PMD, or Dryer Coin?    Edited by Dough101 10/13/2024 7:03 pm

@dou, in my opinion, this could be either plating blisters or else trapped zinc dust. Either way, it doesn't add a numismatic premium to this coin.

Dough101, Where are you getting that info from? Your coin is suffering from a plating issue. Trapped debris like zinc dust. I see no zinc rot. John1
