I see Die Deterioration on the reverse and damage on the date.

Die Deterioration issues overall, yes. Otherwise, a common, circulated '69 D.

what I was seeing in this post is the Die Deterioration as Tacc had posted but I honestly didn't know what to call it or what it was exactly when I posted it
