For Capped Bust half dollars, it is the semi-annual Auction and Mail Bid Prices Realized for Bust Half Dollars 1794-1839 (AMBPR) composed by Steve Herrman. He looks at every auction house and studies die states, putting a lot of hard work into this price guide. You can email him and purchase a copy.

NGC graded this coin a AU-53. I agree with most everyone here that it is likely overgraded and closer to an AU-50.

I was considering crossing it to PCGS with an AU-50 minimum, but will probably hold off a little while.
