1971-D Kennedy Half Dolloar - Die Clash Reverse (New?)

TedError Valued Member United States 242 Posts	Posted 10/29/2024 2:18 pm Please take a look at this 1971-D Kennedy half dollar that I found last night. It has a very nice die clash on the reverse. I did not find this die clash documented anywhere. Nothing listed under the maddieclash site. Is this new? I went back and looked through all of my 1971-D halves and found several others with not as strong of a die clash. I just did a search for 1971 Half dollar die clash and I found these two postings on Coin Talk, nothing else. The 1971-D coin talk posting was similar to mine except it didn't have the nose part of the clash. Postings on Coin Talk 1) 1971-S Half Dollar die clash, Nov. 25, 2013 2) 1971-D Half Dollar die clash, Oct. 23, 2019. Where else should I look? Thanks. Report this Post to the Staff
