Ive attached a bunch of pictures of this 1960 D (Thought Large date but all indications point towards Small date) showing what looks like the example in Wexlers 1960D 1c WDDO-004. The six in the date confused me as it looks doubled but after doing some reading was an earlier small date trait I think. But, the letter L in Liberty seems to point towards the WDDO-004. Only thing different in markers is the die chip located on the C in cent and not on the E of one.
Also, the lips, throat and beard seem to have doubling too. Ive attached those photos (4 of them 564/65/66/67) too as I happened to see Wexlers WDDO-08. Found all markers except really not seeing the one next to I in United.

All and any help appreciated here as always. Fun times.

I believe it's WDDO-004. All the die markers are matching up. Nice find. http://doubleddie.com/572234.html

004 looks like a good match. Great ID of die markers as well!
