What you're seeing is a combination of Die Deterioration Doubling and light induced doubling.

Agree with above replies.
There are some known Doubled Die varieties for 2022-D one cent coins.
Try looking up your coin on these sites listed below, to see if you might have
anything close to a DDO or DDR.

On copper coated zinc cents that is classic DDD.
