I'm at XF45. The wear looks XF/AU to me, but the surface issues keep it below AU for me.

It looks XF to me and 40 might even be a tad generous. The obverse may have been messed with and shows moderate wear across all the devices, more consistant with a VF+. The reverse appears much better and gets it to XF40 I believe.

AU-50 (typical soft strike on this one). Possibly "details" as it looks like it may have been cleaned.
