Sharp coin - I'd say 63-64 with a caveat. Could just be your pics but something looks off with the surfaces. More so on the Obverse - like it has been recolored.

I appreciate the feedback. These are seller pics by the way. I agree that something looks odd, but I'm hoping it's just the pics. I've bought from the seller before and the pics have a similar color, but in hand they look fine.

High end AU but I'm with the folks who think something is at least a little bit off with the surfaces.
The first date digits and the reverse shield are at odds with the rest of the coin's sharpness. I do see a very faint clash but I wouldn't think it was strong enough to cause those issues.
