Couldn't find any examples of this abnormality online, so I'm posting it here. Does anyone know what this is?

To CCF! Just a heat damaged coin. PMD. Worth 10 cents.

to the CCF, Jackson Wagner! with Errers and Varieties - heat damage - likely that it was in a fire.

If it looks like bubbling then it is probably heat damage. Except on cents that have zinc in them. (heat or zinc bubbles)

The heat that was aplied to this dime cause the cladding to separate from the copper core, creating this 'lumpy' effect.
