Very difficult to grade a coin over 65 based on pics. But I'll say 66.

Assuming CAC hates strike weakness, that LIB might hold it to MS65.
The fields and devices are quite clear of marks. Had it been PCGS, I would have guessed MS67. Beautiful example, I would be quite satisfied to own that coin.

I'd say 65 but the scrape under the I (obverse) could knock it down to 64.
