This is from an auction listing. It is listed as Roman but I know its not and I'm not familiar with this coin type/style. The diameter and weight are not in the listing though I suspect it is a smaller coin. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.

@seek, I agree not Roman, but rather Parthian Kingdom. Maybe start with looking at Mithradates II?

Thanks Spence. I found possible bust matches on Mithradates II and Sintatruces. I found another Mithradates II with a reverse match (bust does not match). The coin with the matching reverse is a tetrachalkon at 4 grams and 17 mm.
