I'll guess MS-63. Doesn't look cleaned to me.

I don't see those "scratches" on the reverse going over the details so I'm thinking those are just serious die polishing lines.
I'd stay with MS62.

Definitely an MS coin.

MS61 maybe 62. fields have some PL quality. calling PL by photo is just a crap shoot.
