Hello,

Again trying to identify a weird coin/token that I have in my collection.
It seems to be religious related. It is gold and it looks like this:

It's a religious medal, not a coin.

The first image is the baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist, a scene often seen in medieval art, and on some piastres of Tuscany issued by the 17th century Medici dukes.

The other image is a nativity scene.

Welcome to CCF! I like the design. Maybe it's the lighting but it does not look gold to me. You could have it tested to see what metal it is. Maybe there's a coin shop near where you live.

Yes the colors are off from the picture, but it really looks like Gold.

Gold plated pocket pieces are quite popular as gifts for Baptism, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation. That coin reminds me of St. Michael coin that we received in a donation solicitation from a religious order.

Sorta looks to me like there is was a loop at the top of the medal, so perhaps this was originally a pendant.
