There is definitely some minor doubling on Unum, with little splits atop the letters. It could be an example of WDDR-004. The main markers on that minor DDR are concentric die scratches just inside the rim (which could honestly describe a lot of coins from that era). It could also be DDR-001 from Variety Vista.
