1943-D Lincoln Wheat Penny Obverse With Possible Doubling Of 3 In Date

I attached a few photos of the Obverse showing something unusual with the 3 in date possibly being a form of minor doubling. Tried to get lighting to show the 3 better and stays kinda dark(ugh). Or, this might be just how the process is done from the mint for layers on letters and numbers. Looks like at the top curve something interseting then possibly extra material kinda random throughout the 3. Am I missing something here or just looking at normal process?
