Gambling Token - Puerto Rico? (Id: Likely South/Central American Slot Machine Token)

The obverse has what appears to be an Eagle on an USA shield with the only txt being TOKEN and 1980. The reverse has a slot machine with the text PARA ENTRETENIMIENTO. It is white metal measures 37.4 mm and weighs 22.48 grams. It resembles a piece attributed to Mexico on Numista.and another attributed to Panama on Richard's Taken Database. Any ideas? In the listing there (https://tokencatalog.com/token_reco..._offset=15), it mentions that the origin is unknown, but the design is similar to tokens self-identifying from Panama and Ecuador.
