Found this roll searching, I believe it is a Cud, the die break is near the rim. The reverse shows weak strike opposite the Cud. Thanks Mark

A Cud is raised above the surface...but the area on your coin looks like it is incuse below the surface of the rest of the coin.

In which case it would be a lamination error, I believe.

But maybe it is raised and I'm looking at it wrong?
