I was recently given my grandfathers penny collection. I have a 1957 D DDO/RPM also with a filled in letter b on the bottom of the b. Furthermore, I couldn't find this coin with these errors in my Red Book 2025 addition 78. There could be even more errors I missed. Could anyone tell me is this coin unique?

Appears to be MD on the date. I have seen several examples of this one.

FYI: any question regarding RPM or DDO / DDR needs to be presented with a clear focused close up to enable the members to accurately respond, your images do not show anything regarding your questions.
Check the link below and compare your coin to see if you have a match. Please note the close up images showing the RPM and the Doubled die.
