It looks like it to me. The top of the weaker mint mark seems to have faded with circulation or die wear, but there don't seem to be other RPM in either catalog with that particular geometry.

One thing you should always do in your closeup shots is get the torch vertical, so that you can compare mint mark position at the proper orientation and scale. That has helped me a lot on weaker RPM (not that this is a weak RPM).

Brandmeister, Here is the pic you suggested. I do believe this is an FS-501 RPM-001 as stated. I do see remnants of the die break above AMER. Thanks for the replies everyone!
