This box went very cold. This is the only thing I've found in about 15 rolls. Beautiful 1994 until you see the area around CENTS.

Reverse die is at the very end of its useful life--cool Die Deterioration.

I've seen quite a few in this box were the lettering has faded into the field from deterioration. Cents on this coin looks good compared to them.

So when is a "Spike head" not a "Spike head" ?
What is the criteria, this only "touches" the base of Jefferson's bust.

it is not a spike head when the crack does not reach the rim.
This one does, so it is a spike head.
and some very extreme DDD in a small localized area too - which is odd.
