1970 D Dime: Error Coin. Or Just A Plain Jane?

Chase007 Pillar of the Community United States 7509 Posts	Posted 11/24/2024 11:11 am As mentioned by others above. this is not a mint error rather it is a damaged coin,whatever the nature or reason for this damage maybe. The minting process is pretty straight forward and there are no steps during this process that can or would create an anomaly like this.
