Those are called linear plating bubbles where the copper metal and the zinc core don't properly adhere to each other. If those pop, zinc rot will likely occur, and these features are common on post 1982 cents. Good photos by the way.

If those pop eventually the coin will rot away, spend it, it will never have more value than right now (one cent).

Agree, Linear Plating bubbles. Common on cents minted 1982 and after.
