I have found a quarter that looks like the 1974 quarter Cud error and was wondering what people think about this. The pictures are as good as I can get and shows the distortion on the quarter. Its not flat or smooth but lumpy so to say. I appreciate your opinions.

Need better pictures to know for sure what is going on there. Looks like someone heated the quarter creating blistering but cannot be sure without a clear image. Zoom out a bit and lower the light saturation. Then crop and repost.

Typical heat damage. Spend it if someone will take it.
