My dealer submitted it and he did put the designation on the submission form. It's NGC's mistake.

They should correct the mistake by re-slabbing. Don't you pay extra for a die attribution anyway ? Didn't you also have a red 1999 WAM ? Was that slabbed correctly ? |

No, since my dealer submits he has straight bulk submission pricing. I'm still waiting for my 1999 WAM to come back from NGC....they better get that attribution right!
