-makecents- Pillar of the Community United States 8743 Posts	Posted 11/28/2024 09:23 am There are some listings for this year/mm that are very slight, similar to what you are seeing on the 8 but do not think this is from hub doubling or a doubled working hub. There may be some extra thickness due to an aged die and I think what is going on with the 8 is from an over abraded die, you can see the heavy die scratches all around the date.
