Found this in my searches have looked at all the sites. I couldn't find any like it. I could have missed it I guess or I am wrong in my classification it could be PMD I guess. Thoughts? It is misaligned as well.

I think what you are seeing below the mintmark is just misplaced metal, PSD. You may want to take a look at the listing I have provided a link for though, it may be a doubled die. The mm location looks close for this listing.

Here is a side by side comparison of the doubled die listing and your coin.

I concur with makescents. I does appear you may have that particular Doubled Die.

I'm 99.9% sure it is the DDO. A clearer image with less glare would help.

Not seeing the RPM but even better.... -makecents- noticed your coin is most likely a DDO. Fantastic!

I agree, likely a match to the DDO-002 better pictures would help and further research.
For starters, the Mint Mark (MM) is in the correct spot.

When I get home I will send better pics. Any suggestions on how besides lower the light? Thanks for spotting it make cents. But I think that mark is more then PSD I think it was an accidental hit of the mm with better pics I am sure you will agree.

That area could be a Struck Through error or damage. You also might have a DDO, as pointed out by makecents.

Here are some more pics. I am not sure about the DDO but I really feel it is a rpm or maybe an OMM and I know that went away in what 56? But I feel like it is an S over a D or opposite. The ones with the lines I traced the area I suspect to be a RPM well OMM (kind of thinking that now). And then all I did was slide the D mark until it was in the lines match up pretty well for PSD. And [tacc] I know the MM is in the right place. But isn't anything possible?

I still think it's just misplaced metal, possibly from the bust, next to it. If you feel so strongly about it, maybe send it in for attribution.
