Nothing jumped out at me on CC, VV, Wexler. Is this just from die wear or poor metal flow near the rim? Or is IGWT thick compared to a typical strike? The other 1984 cents I examined had much thinner lettering.

Maybe from poor metal flow?

The reverse definitely has some grease or polishing problems. The obverse appears to be a moderate die state, just with some odd thickness to IGWT. Particularly what seems unusual to me is that the bottoms of the letters are thicker, where metal flow problems make spatula letters near the rim.
