Hi guys, I hope you had a great weekend!!

I found this Bicentennial Kennedy CRH, I looked at VV and doubleddie.com, VV doesn't have any 1976-P listed as DDO, but I see doubleddie.com has one 001 listed without photos.

Could you please help me and confirm if this is doubled die Obverse on Date (1977)?

I'm thinking that it could be a minor DDO. I can see a split in the date.

Well, that is certainly very interesting!

I remember reading somewhere about hub doubling on the 1976 half dollars. It is most visible on IN GOD. This doesn't resemble that, though, it looks similar to the 1976-D DDO-001. There are prior threads about such DDO candidates, including one that got submitted to the Wexler catalog, but those threads are cold now.

Thank you Errers and Varietys, and Brandmeister!

Yes Errers and Varietys the date have split, I don't remember how its calledbut it also have separation line on 1 7 7 and a little bit on 6.

You right Brandmeister, this doesn't have any signs of having doubled on IGWT, it is just on 1776, and I believe but not sure it has something on 7 of 1976. Thank you for let me know about the prior threads, I tried to find them but I couldn't.

Is this to minor to send it to be listed?

James Wiles has a listing for the 76 MDO-001 in the CONECA Master Listings, and also a couple of photos of the 76 MDO-001, in his Kennedy half dollar Book. I don't think your half matches those photos.

As you look at your photos of the date, I see what looks like MDD, shelf doubling on the first 1 of date. Look at the 1 on your first photo, and may be you can see it.

Thank you Dearborn, jbuck and atrox001!

atrox001, I'm not sure if I'm looking in the wrong site but I can't find any listing for this 1976 from Philly Kennedy half dollar on Variety Vista or coneca master list, doubleddue.com has one listed but without photos, may be I'm doing something wrong? The only DDO listed is for 1976-D. (Mine is 1976-P) I attached 3 images one for VV, one for Coneca master list and one for doubleddie.com.

Do you mind to share the link please? Thank you!
