Was found in a bank roll back in 2019 , being low mintage of or about 4 million I immediately chose to keep and put up and yes I also believed the proof was minted in error, insofar as the doubling goes the P,B and S as well as the building are of raised lines rather than flat , I'm leaning towards grading my pics aren't good enough, HELLO TO ALL

I am not sure if you are saying that your going to grade your coin? If so, you may want to rethink that because your coin is only worth a couple dollars and to get it graded it would cost 30 or so. Thank you for sharing your coin but it is a damaged proof coin now.
