Anyone have any idea what variety this is? Looks like large date, small letters to me.

The variety is O-106, Rarity-1. 40 or 45 sounds about right

I think this could sneak into an AU-50 holder. Maybe just a strong 45.

VF30 would be an ultra-conservative grade on that piece. I'd go XF40.
