This is from the in-law collection, purchased for $32 and marked VG. What does the CCF think, VG or does it make it to F. It's a little darker in hand with some circulation cameo.

Thoughts?

I'll say VG-10. Part of the reverse rim is hardly complete.

I'll keep it cataloged as VG. Thx, all!

Jacrispies, the price might not have been so hot when it was purchased 20 or more years ago.
