I'd call it Fine+ if it straight graded. The cleaning doesn't look bad but if detailed then VF Details.

looks like an old cleaning. all depends on how lenient the grader is whether the pass it or not. personally I don't its that bad. keep in mind a high percentage of the busts were cleaned at some point in their life

VF-25 straight. Was gonna bid, it was a good deal for the overdate! Great appeal overall. ebay has had a few of these unattributed the past couple of weeks. I grabbed one that is high VF or low XF too.
