Attached are a couple pictures of this 1990 Lincoln Memorial penny showing a blown up right knee on Lincoln in Bay 6 of Reverse. Does not appear to be a die chip or die clash. Not seeing in the references after a quick glance. Is it some other anamoly that I'm not aware of yet like all the PMD out there? Thanks as always for assistance from the community.

I'm leaning towards a plating bubble as well, but it doesn't really look like one.?.
