1990 Lincoln Memorial Penny Possible Reverse Minor Doubling

eagle2a1 Valued Member United States 168 Posts	Posted 12/11/2024 1:57 pm Attached are a couple pictures of this 1990 Lincoln Memorial penny showing a blown up right knee on Lincoln in Bay 6 of Reverse. Does not appear to be a die chip or die clash. Not seeing in the references after a quick glance. Is it some other anamoly that I'm not aware of yet like all the PMD out there?
