Hello,I found this in some change.I think it may be a small cent? The A in States is closer to the second T,the M in America is closer to the A and not centered.The coin doesn't have a mint mark.It looks like doubling on both sides also the date. finally it seems like it's not been circulated? I'm hoping you can help me with identify whether it's a small cent or not? Thank you for your help &

You need to find the opposite of this coin if you are looking for the value cent, this is a normal 1999 Lincoln Cent, the 1999 you want it is the one that have some space between the A and M that is called Wide AM
