2018 Lincoln Shield Penny With Unusual VDB On Obverse

eagle2a1 Valued Member United States 168 Posts	Posted 12/12/2024 4:54 pm Attached are a couple pictures that show an unusual VDB marking on the obverse of this 2018 Lincoln Sheild Penny. The letter V seems to have taken on an extra leg and become an N. Not sure that this is PMD as the indentations look the same for the extra leg to V. Is this just considered normal? The 3rd pic (while a bit pixelated) shows shows a hit that comes to a point above the V. I have to say Tacc was right. ebay would go crazy over your coin. I usually post possible DDO / DDRs most of the time but sometimes my eyes get focus on other items of a coin. Appreciate the look see from the community.
